וְאֵ֤לֶּה הָיוּ֙ בְּנֵ֣י דָוִ֔יד אֲשֶׁ֥ר נוֹלְדוּ ל֖וֹ בְּחֶבְר֑וֹן הַבְּכ֣וֹר אַמְנ֗וֹן לַאֲחִינֹ֙עַם֙ הַיִּזְרְעֵאלִ֔ית שֵׁנִ֥י דָנִיֵּ֖אל לַאֲבִיגַ֥יִל הַכַּרְמְלִֽית׃

KJVNow these were the sons of David, which were born unto him in Hebron; the firstborn Amnon, of Ahinoam the Jezreelitess; the second Daniel, of Abigail the Carmelitess:

These are the sons of David who were born to him in Hebron: the firstborn Amnon, by Ahinoam the Jezreelite; the second Daniel, by Abigail the Carmelite;

הַשְּׁלִישִׁ֨י אַבְשָׁל֜וֹם בֶּן מַעֲכָ֗ה בַּת תַּלְמַ֛י מֶ֥לֶךְ גְּשׁ֖וּר הָרְבִיעִ֣י אֲדֹנִיָּ֑ה בֶּ֖ן חַגִּֽית׃

KJVThe third, Absalom the son of Maachah the daughter of Talmai king of Geshur: the fourth, Adonijah the son of Haggith:

the third Absalom, whose mother was Maacah, the daughter of Talmai, king of Geshur; the fourth Adonijah, whose mother was Haggith;

הַחֲמִישִׁ֥י שְׁפַטְיָ֖ה לַאֲבִיטָ֑ל הַשִּׁשִּׁ֥י יִתְרְעָ֖ם לְעֶגְלָ֥ה אִשְׁתּֽוֹ׃

KJVThe fifth, Shephatiah of Abital: the sixth, Ithream by Eglah his wife.

שִׁשָּׁ֥ה נֽוֹלְדוּ ל֖וֹ בְּחֶבְר֑וֹן וַיִּמְלֹ֨ךְ שָׁ֧ם שֶׁ֛בַע שָׁנִ֥ים וְשִׁשָּׁ֖ה חֳדָשִׁ֑ים וּשְׁלֹשִׁ֤ים וְשָׁלֹשׁ֙ שָׁנָ֔ה מָלַ֖ךְ בִּירוּשָׁלָֽ͏ִם׃

KJVThese six were born unto him in Hebron; and there he reigned seven years and six months: and in Jerusalem he reigned thirty and three years.

Six were born to him in Hebron, where he reigned for seven years and six months. Then he reigned thirty-three years in Jerusalem.

וְאֵ֙לֶּה֙ נוֹלְדוּ ל֣וֹ בִירוּשָׁלָ֔͏ִם שִׁמְעָ֤א וְשׁוֹבָב֙ וְנָתָ֔ן וּשְׁלֹמֹ֥ה אַרְבָּעָ֖ה מִבַּ֥ת שׁ֖וּעַ בַּת עַמִּיאֵֽל׃

KJVAnd these were born unto him in Jerusalem; Shimea, and Shobab, and Nathan, and Solomon, four, of Bathshua the daughter of Ammiel:

These were born to him in Jerusalem: Shimea, Shobab, Nathan, and Solomon, four by Bath-shua, the daughter of Ammiel;

וְיִבְחָ֥ר וֶאֱלִישָׁמָ֖ע וֶאֱלִיפָֽלֶט׃

KJVIbhar also, and Elishama, and Eliphelet,

then Ibhar, Elishama, Eliphelet,

וְנֹ֥גַהּ וְנֶ֖פֶג וְיָפִֽיעַ׃

KJVAnd Nogah, and Nepheg, and Japhia,

Nogah, Nepheg, Japhia,

וֶאֱלִישָׁמָ֥ע וְאֶלְיָדָ֖ע וֶאֱלִיפָ֑לֶט תִּשְׁעָה׃

KJVAnd Elishama, and Eliada, and Eliphelet, nine.

Elishama, Eliada, and Eliphelet, nine.

כֹּ֖ל בְּנֵ֣י דָוִ֑יד מִלְּבַ֗ד בְּנֵ֤י הַפִּֽילַגְשִׁים֙ וְתָמָ֔ר אֲחוֹתָֽם׃

KJVAll these were the sons of David, beside the sons of the concubines, and Tamar their sister.

All these were David's sons, besides the sons of the concubines, and Tamar was their sister.

וּבֶן שְׁלֹמֹ֖ה רְחַבְעָ֑ם אֲבִיָּ֤ה בְנ֙וֹ֙ אָסָ֣א בְנ֔וֹ יְהוֹשָׁפָ֖ט בְּנֽוֹ׃

KJVAnd Solomon's son was Rehoboam, Abia his son, Asa his son, Jehoshaphat his son,

The son of Solomon was Rehoboam, Abijah his son, Asa his son, Jehoshaphat his son,

יוֹרָ֥ם בְּנ֖וֹ אֲחַזְיָ֣הוּ בְנ֑וֹ יוֹאָ֖שׁ בְּנֽוֹ׃

KJVJoram his son, Ahaziah his son, Joash his son,

12

אֲמַצְיָ֥הוּ בְנ֖וֹ עֲזַרְיָ֣ה בְנ֑וֹ יוֹתָ֖ם בְּנֽוֹ׃

אָחָ֥ז בְּנ֖וֹ חִזְקִיָּ֣הוּ בְנ֑וֹ מְנַשֶּׁ֖ה בְּנֽוֹ׃

14

אָמ֥וֹן בְּנ֖וֹ יֹאשִׁיָּ֥הוּ בְּנֽוֹ׃

KJVAmon his son, Josiah his son.

15

וּבְנֵ֣י יֹאשִׁיָּ֔הוּ הַבְּכ֣וֹר יוֹחָנָ֔ן הַשֵּׁנִ֖י יְהוֹיָקִ֑ים הַשְּׁלִישִׁ֤י צִדְקִיָּ֙הוּ֙ הָרְבִיעִ֖י שַׁלּֽוּם׃

KJVAnd the sons of Josiah were, the firstborn Johanan, the second Jehoiakim, the third Zedekiah, the fourth Shallum.

The sons of Josiah: Johanan the firstborn, the second Jehoiakim, the third Zedekiah, the fourth Shallum.

וּבְנֵ֣י יְהוֹיָקִ֔ים יְכָנְיָ֥ה בְנ֖וֹ צִדְקִיָּ֥ה בְנֽוֹ׃

KJVAnd the sons of Jehoiakim: Jeconiah his son, Zedekiah his son.

The descendants of Jehoiakim: Jeconiah his son, Zedekiah his son.

17

וּבְנֵ֥י יְכָנְיָ֖ה אַסִּ֑יר שְׁאַלְתִּיאֵ֖ל בְּנֽוֹ׃

KJVAnd the sons of Jeconiah; Assir, Salathiel his son,

And the sons of Jeconiah, the captive: Shealtiel his son,

18

וּמַלְכִּירָ֥ם וּפְדָיָ֖ה וְשֶׁנְאַ֑צַּר יְקַמְיָ֥ה הוֹשָׁמָ֖ע וּנְדַבְיָֽה׃

KJVMalchiram also, and Pedaiah, and Shenazar, Jecamiah, Hoshama, and Nedabiah.

Malchiram, Pedaiah, Shenazzar, Jekamiah, Hoshama, and Nedabiah.

וּבְנֵ֣י פְדָיָ֔ה זְרֻבָּבֶ֖ל וְשִׁמְעִ֑י וּבֶן זְרֻבָּבֶ֕ל מְשֻׁלָּ֖ם וַחֲנַנְיָ֗ה וּשְׁלֹמִ֖ית אֲחוֹתָֽם׃

KJVAnd the sons of Pedaiah were, Zerubbabel, and Shimei: and the sons of Zerubbabel; Meshullam, and Hananiah, and Shelomith their sister:

The sons of Pedaiah: Zerubbabel and Shimei. The sons of Zerubbabel: Meshullam and Hananiah, and Shelomith was their sister.

וַחֲשֻׁבָ֥ה וְאֹ֙הֶל֙ וּבֶ֣רֶכְיָ֔ה וַחֲסַדְיָ֖ה יוּשַׁב חֶ֑סֶד חָמֵֽשׁ׃

KJVAnd Hashubah, and Ohel, and Berechiah, and Hasadiah, Jushabhesed, five.

Hashubah, Ohel, Berechiah, Hasadiah, and Jushab-hesed, five.

וּבֶן חֲנַנְיָ֖ה פְּלַטְיָ֣ה וִישַׁעְיָ֑ה בְּנֵ֥י רְפָיָ֖ה בְּנֵ֥י אַרְנָ֖ן בְּנֵ֥י עֹבַדְיָ֖ה בְּנֵ֥י שְׁכַנְיָֽה׃

KJVAnd the sons of Hananiah; Pelatiah, and Jesaiah: the sons of Rephaiah, the sons of Arnan, the sons of Obadiah, the sons of Shechaniah.

The son of Hananiah: Pelatiah and Jeshaiah, his son Rephaiah, his son Arnan, his son Obadiah, his son Shecaniah.

וּבֶן שְׁכַנְיָ֖ה שְׁמַֽעְיָ֑ה וּבְנֵ֣י שְׁמַֽעְיָ֔ה חַטּ֥וּשׁ וְיִגְאָ֖ל וּבָרִ֥יחַ וּנְעַרְיָ֖ה וְשָׁפָ֑ט שִׁשָּֽׁה׃

KJVAnd the sons of Shechaniah; Shemaiah: and the sons of Shemaiah; Hattush, and Igeal, and Bariah, and Neariah, and Shaphat, six.

The son of Shecaniah: Shemaiah. And the sons of Shemaiah: Hattush, Igal, Bariah, Neariah, and Shaphat, six.

23

וּבְנֵ֣י נְעַרְיָ֔ה אֶלְיֽוֹעֵינַי֙ וְחִזְקִיָּ֔ה וְעַזְרִיקָ֖ם שְׁלֹשָֽׁה׃

KJVAnd the sons of Neariah; Elioenai, and Hezekiah, and Azrikam, three.

The sons of Neariah: Elioenai, Hizkiah, and Azrikam, three.

וּבְנֵ֣י אֶלְיוֹעֵינַ֗י הוֹדַיְוָ֨הוּ וְאֶלְיָשִׁ֤יב וּפְלָיָה֙ וְעַקּ֔וּב וְיוֹחָנָ֖ן וּדְלָיָ֥הוּ וַעֲנָנִ֖י שִׁבְעָֽה׃

KJVAnd the sons of Elioenai were, Hodaiah, and Eliashib, and Pelaiah, and Akkub, and Johanan, and Dalaiah, and Anani, seven.

The sons of Elioenai: Hodaviah, Eliashib, Pelaiah, Akkub, Johanan, Delaiah, and Anani, seven.
