לַמְנַצֵּ֗חַ בִּנְגִינֹ֥ת מַשְׂכִּ֗יל לְדָוִ֑ד בְּ֝ב֗וֹא הַזִּיפִ֗ים וַיֹּ֣אמְרוּ לְשָׁ֗אוּל הֲ֭לֹא דָוִ֗ד מִסְתַּתֵּ֣ר עִמָּֽנוּ׃

KJVTo the chief Musician on Neginoth, Maschil, A Psalm of David, when the Ziphims came and said to Saul, Doth not David hide himself with us?

To the choirmaster: with stringed instruments. A Maskil of David, when the Ziphites went and told Saul: David is hiding among us.

אֱלֹהִ֣ים בְּ֭שִׁמְךָ הוֹשִׁיעֵ֑נִי וּ֝בִגְבוּרָתְךָ֗ תְדִינֵֽנִי׃

KJVSave me, O God, by thy name, and judge me by thy strength.

O God, save me by your name, and vindicate me by your might.

אֱלֹהִ֥ים שְׁמַ֥ע תְּפִלָּ֑תִי הַ֝אֲזִ֗ינָה לְאִמְרֵי פִֽי׃

KJVHear my prayer, O God; give ear to the words of my mouth.

O God, hear my prayer; give ear to the words of my mouth.

כִּ֣י זָ֭רִים קָ֣מוּ עָלַ֑י וְעָרִיצִ֥ים בִּ֝קְשׁוּ נַפְשִׁ֗י לֹ֣א שָׂ֣מוּ אֱלֹהִ֗ים לְנֶגְדָּֽם׃

KJVFor strangers are risen up against me, and oppressors seek after my soul: they have not set God before them. Selah.

For strangers have risen against me; ruthless men seek my life; they do not set God before themselves. Selah

הִנֵּ֣ה אֱלֹהִ֣ים עֹזֵ֑ר לִ֗י אֲדֹנָ֗י בְּסֹמְכֵ֥י נַפְשִֽׁי׃

KJVBehold, God is mine helper: the Lord is with them that uphold my soul.

Behold, God is my helper; the Lord is the upholder of my life.

יָשׁ֣וֹב הָ֭רַע לְשֹׁרְרָ֑י בַּ֝אֲמִתְּךָ֗ הַצְמִיתֵֽם׃

KJVHe shall reward evil unto mine enemies: cut them off in thy truth.

He will return the evil to my enemies; in your faithfulness put an end to them.

בִּנְדָבָ֗ה אֶ֭זְבְּחָה לָּ֑ךְ א֤וֹדֶ֥ה שִׁמְךָ֥ יְהוָ֗ה כִּ֣י ט֣וֹב׃

KJVI will freely sacrifice unto thee: I will praise thy name, O LORD; for it is good.

With a freewill offering I will sacrifice to you; I will give thanks to your name, O LORD, for it is good.

כִּ֣י מִכָּל צָרָ֣ה הִצִּילָ֑נִי וּ֝בְאֹיְבַ֗י רָאֲתָ֥ה עֵינִֽי׃

KJVFor he hath delivered me out of all trouble: and mine eye hath seen his desire upon mine enemies.

For he has delivered me from every trouble, and my eye has looked in triumph on my enemies.
