תְּפִלָּ֥ה לְדָוִ֑ד הַטֵּ֤ה יְהוָ֗ה אָזְנְךָ֗ עֲנֵ֑נִי כִּֽי עָנִ֥י וְאֶבְי֗וֹן אָֽנִי׃
KJVA Prayer of David. Bow down thine ear, O LORD, hear me: for I am poor and needy.
A Prayer of David. Incline your ear, O LORD, and answer me, for I am poor and needy.

שָׁמְרָ֣ה נַ֭פְשִׁי כִּֽי חָסִ֣יד אָ֑נִי ה֝וֹשַׁ֗ע עַבְדְּךָ֗ אַ֝תָּ֗ה אֱלֹהַ֗י הַבּוֹטֵ֥חַ אֵלֶֽיךָ׃
KJVPreserve my soul; for I am holy: O thou my God, save thy servant that trusteth in thee.
Preserve my life, for I am godly; save your servant, who trusts in you — you are my God.

חָנֵּ֥נִי אֲדֹנָ֑י כִּ֥י אֵ֝לֶ֗יךָ אֶקְרָ֥א כָּל הַיּֽוֹם׃
KJVBe merciful unto me, O Lord: for I cry unto thee daily.
Be gracious to me, O Lord, for to you do I cry all the day.

שַׂמֵּ֣חַ נֶ֭פֶשׁ עַבְדֶּ֑ךָ כִּ֤י אֵלֶ֖יךָ אֲדֹנָ֣י נַפְשִׁ֣י אֶשָּֽׂא׃
KJVRejoice the soul of thy servant: for unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul.
Gladden the soul of your servant, for to you, O Lord, do I lift up my soul.

כִּֽי אַתָּ֤ה אֲדֹנָ֗י ט֥וֹב וְסַלָּ֑ח וְרַב חֶ֝סֶד לְכָל קֹרְאֶֽיךָ׃
KJVFor thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee.
For you, O Lord, are good and forgiving, abounding in steadfast love to all who call upon you.

הַ֭אֲזִינָה יְהוָ֣ה תְּפִלָּתִ֑י וְ֝הַקְשִׁ֗יבָה בְּק֣וֹל תַּחֲנוּנוֹתָֽי׃
KJVGive ear, O LORD, unto my prayer; and attend to the voice of my supplications.
Give ear, O LORD, to my prayer; listen to my plea for grace.

בְּי֣וֹם צָ֭רָתִי אֶקְרָ֣אֶךָּ כִּ֣י תַעֲנֵֽנִי׃
KJVIn the day of my trouble I will call upon thee: for thou wilt answer me.
In the day of my trouble I call upon you, for you answer me.
8
אֵין כָּמ֣וֹךָ בָ֭אֱלֹהִים אֲדֹנָ֑י וְ֝אֵ֗ין כְּמַעֲשֶֽׂיךָ׃
KJVAmong the gods there is none like unto thee, O Lord; neither are there any works like unto thy works.
There is none like you among the gods, O Lord, nor are there any works like yours.

כָּל גּוֹיִ֗ם אֲשֶׁ֣ר עָ֭שִׂיתָ יָב֣וֹאוּ וְיִשְׁתַּחֲו֑וּ לְ֝פָנֶ֗יךָ אֲדֹנָ֗י וִֽיכַבְּד֗וּ לִשְׁמֶֽךָ׃
KJVAll nations whom thou hast made shall come and worship before thee, O Lord; and shall glorify thy name.
All the nations you have made shall come and worship before you, O Lord, and shall glorify your name.

כִּי גָד֥וֹל אַתָּ֥ה וְעֹשֵׂ֣ה נִפְלָ֑אוֹת אַ֝תָּ֗ה אֱלֹהִ֥ים לְבַדֶּֽךָ׃
KJVFor thou art great, and doest wondrous things: thou art God alone.
For you are great and do wondrous things; you alone are God.

הוֹרֵ֤נִי יְהוָ֗ה דַּרְכֶּ֑ךָ אֲהַלֵּ֥ך בַּ֝אֲמִתֶּ֗ךָ יַחֵ֥ד לְבָ֝בִ֗י לְיִרְאָ֥ה שְׁמֶֽךָ׃
KJVTeach me thy way, O LORD; I will walk in thy truth: unite my heart to fear thy name.
Teach me your way, O LORD, that I may walk in your truth; unite my heart to fear your name.

אוֹדְךָ֣ אֲדֹנָ֣י אֱלֹהַ֣י בְּכָל לְ֭בָבִי וַאֲכַבְּדָ֥ה שִׁמְךָ֗ לְעוֹלָֽם׃
KJVI will praise thee, O Lord my God, with all my heart: and I will glorify thy name for evermore.
I give thanks to you, O Lord my God, with my whole heart, and I will glorify your name forever.

כִּ֤י חַסְדְּךָ֗ גָּד֣וֹל עָלָ֑י וְהִצַּ֥לְתָּ נַ֝פְשִׁ֗י מִשְּׁא֥וֹל תַּחְתִּיָּֽה׃
KJVFor great is thy mercy toward me: and thou hast delivered my soul from the lowest hell.
For great is your steadfast love toward me; you have delivered my soul from the depths of Sheol.

אֱלֹהִ֡ים זֵד֗וֹ יָ֙קָמוּ עָלַ֗י וַעֲדַ֥ת עָרִיצִ֗ים בִּקְשׁ֣וּ נַפְשִׁ֑י וְלֹ֣א שָׂ֝מ֗וּךָ לְנֶגְדָּֽם׃
KJVO God, the proud are risen against me, and the assemblies of violent men have sought after my soul; and have not set thee before them.
O God, insolent men have risen up against me; a band of ruthless men seeks my life, and they do not set you before them.

וְאַתָּ֤ה אֲדֹנָ֗י אֵ֣ל רַח֣וּם וְחַנּ֑וּן אֶ֥רֶךְ אַ֝פַּ֗יִם וְרַב חֶ֣סֶד וֶאֱמֶֽת׃
KJVBut thou, O Lord, art a God full of compassion, and gracious, longsuffering, and plenteous in mercy and truth.
But you, O Lord, are a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness.

פְּנֵה אֵלַ֗י וְחָנֵּ֑נִי תְּנָ֥ה עָ֝זְּךָ֗ לְעַבְדֶּ֗ךָ וְהוֹשִׁ֥יעָה לְ֝בֶן אֲמָתֶֽךָ׃
KJVO turn unto me, and have mercy upon me; give thy strength unto thy servant, and save the son of thine handmaid.
Turn to me and be gracious to me; give your strength to your servant, and save the son of your maidservant.
17
עֲשֵׂה עִמִּ֤י א֥וֹת לְטוֹבָ֗ה וְיִרְא֗וּ שֹׂנְאַ֣י וְיֵבֹ֑שׁוּ כִּי אַ֘תָּה יְהוָ֗ה עֲזַרְתַּ֥נִי וְנִחַמְתָּֽנִי׃
KJVShew me a token for good; that they which hate me may see it, and be ashamed: because thou, LORD, hast holpen me, and comforted me.
Show me a sign of your favor, that those who hate me may see and be put to shame because you, LORD, have helped me and comforted me.
