Deuteronomy 12:32

אֵת כָּל הַדָּבָר אֲשֶׁר אָנֹכִי מְצַוֶּה אֶתְכֶם אֹתוֹ תִשְׁמְרוּ לַעֲשׂוֹת לֹא תֹסֵף עָלָיו וְלֹא תִגְרַע מִמֶּנּוּ

Everything that I command you, you shall be careful to do. You shall not add to it or take from it.

Whatever thing I command you, that you shall observe to do. You shall not add to it, nor take away from it.
