Deuteronomy 29:15

כִּי אֶת אֲשֶׁר יֶשְׁנוֹ פֹּה עִמָּנוּ עֹמֵד הַיּוֹם לִפְנֵי יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵינוּ וְאֵת אֲשֶׁר אֵינֶנּוּ פֹּה עִמָּנוּ הַיּוֹם

But with whoever is standing here with us today before the LORD our God, and with whoever is not here with us today.

Modern English

but with those who stand here with us today before Yahweh our God, and also with those who are not here with us today
