Genesis 5:32

וַיְהִי נֹחַ בֶּן חֲמֵשׁ מֵאוֹת שָׁנָה וַיּוֹלֶד נֹחַ אֶת שֵׁם אֶת חָם וְאֶת יָפֶת

After Noah was 500 years old, Noah fathered Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
