Numbers 27:10

וְאִם-אֵין לוֹ אַחִים וּנְתַתֶּם אֶת-נַחֲלָתוֹ לַאֲחֵי אָבִיו

And if he has no brothers, then you shall give his inheritance to his father's brothers.
