Numbers 28:4

אֶת-הַכֶּבֶשׂ אֶחָד תַּעֲשֶׂה בַבֹּקֶר וְאֵת הַכֶּבֶשׂ הַשֵּׁנִי תַּעֲשֶׂה בֵּין הָעַרְבָּיִם

The one lamb you shall offer in the morning, and the other lamb you shall offer at twilight;
