Numbers 4:8

וּפָרְשׂוּ עֲלֵיהֶם בֶּגֶד תּוֹלַעַת שָׁנִי וְכִסּוּ אֹתוֹ בְּמִכְסֵה עוֹר תָּחַשׁ וְשָׂמוּ אֶת בַּדָּיו

Over these they are to spread a scarlet cloth, cover that with the durable leather and put the poles in place

They shall spread on them a scarlet cloth, and cover the same with a covering of sealskin, and shall put in its poles.
