וְכוּשׁ יָלַ֖ד אֶת נִמְר֑וֹד ה֣וּא הֵחֵ֔ל לִהְי֥וֹת גִּבּ֖וֹר בָּאָֽרֶץ׃
KJVAnd Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be mighty upon the earth.
Cush fathered Nimrod. He was the first on earth to be a mighty man.

וּמִצְרַ֗יִם יָלַד֙ אֶת לוּדִ֣ים וְאֶת עֲנָמִ֔ים וְאֶת לְהָבִ֖ים וְאֶת נַפְתֻּחִֽים׃

וְאֶת פַּתְרֻסִ֖ים וְאֶת כַּסְלֻחִ֑ים אֲשֶׁ֨ר יָצְא֥וּ מִשָּׁ֛ם פְּלִשְׁתִּ֖ים וְאֶת כַּפְתֹּרִֽים׃

וּכְנַ֗עַן יָלַד֙ אֶת צִיד֤וֹן בְּכֹרוֹ֙ וְאֶת חֵ֔ת׃

וְאַרְפַּכְשַׁ֖ד יָלַ֣ד אֶת שָׁ֑לַח וְשֶׁ֖לַח יָלַ֥ד אֶת עֵֽבֶר׃

וּלְעֵ֗בֶר יֻלְּד֣וּ שְׁנֵ֣י בָנִ֔ים שֵׁ֤ם הָאֶחָד֙ פֶּ֔לֶג כִּ֥י בְיָמָ֖יו נִפְלְגָ֣ה הָאָ֑רֶץ וְשֵׁ֥ם אָחִ֖יו יָקְטָֽן׃
KJVAnd unto Eber were born two sons: the name of the one was Peleg; because in his days the earth was divided: and his brother's name was Joktan.

וְיָקְטָ֣ן יָלַ֔ד אֶת אַלְמוֹדָ֖ד וְאֶת שָׁ֑לֶף וְאֶת חֲצַרְמָ֖וֶת וְאֶת יָֽרַח׃

וּבְנֵ֞י קְטוּרָ֣ה ׀ פִּלֶ֣גֶשׁ אַבְרָהָ֗ם יָלְדָ֞ה אֶת זִמְרָ֤ן וְיָקְשָׁן֙ וּמְדָ֣ן וּמִדְיָ֔ן וְיִשְׁבָּ֖ק וְשֽׁוּחַ׃
KJVNow the sons of Keturah, Abraham's concubine: she bare Zimran, and Jokshan, and Medan, and Midian, and Ishbak, and Shuah.

וּבְנֵ֣י מִדְיָ֔ן עֵיפָ֥ה וָעֵ֖פֶר וַחֲנ֥וֹךְ וַאֲבִידָ֖ע וְאֶלְדָּעָ֑ה כָּל אֵ֖לֶּה בְּנֵ֥י קְטוּרָֽה׃
KJVAnd the sons of Midian; Ephah, and Epher, and Henoch, and Abida, and Eldaah. All these are the sons of Keturah.

בְּנֵ֣י שׁוֹבָ֗ל עַלְיָ֤ן וּמָנַ֙חַת֙ וְעֵיבָ֔ל שְׁפִ֖י וְאוֹנָ֑ם וּבְנֵ֣י צִבְע֔וֹן אַיָּ֖ה וַעֲנָֽה׃
KJVThe sons of Shobal; Alian, and Manahath, and Ebal, Shephi, and Onam. And the sons of Zibeon; Aiah, and Anah.

בְּנֵ֣י עֲנָ֔ה דִּישֽׁוֹן׃ וּבְנֵ֣י דִישׁ֔וֹן חַמְרָ֥ן וְאֶשְׁבָּ֖ן וְיִתְרָ֥ן וּכְרָֽן׃
KJVThe sons of Anah; Dishon. And the sons of Dishon; Amram, and Eshban, and Ithran, and Cheran.

בְּנֵי אֵצֶר֙ בִּלְהָ֣ן וְזַעֲוָ֔ן וְיַעֲקָ֖ן׃ בְּנֵ֣י דִישָׁ֔ן ע֖וּץ וַאֲרָֽן׃
KJVThe sons of Ezer; Bilhan, and Zavan, and Jakan. The sons of Dishan; Uz, and Aran.

וְאֵ֙לֶּה֙ הַמְּלָכִ֔ים אֲשֶׁ֥ר מָלְכ֖וּ בְּאֶ֣רֶץ אֱד֑וֹם לִפְנֵ֛י מְלָךְ מֶ֖לֶךְ לִבְנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
KJVNow these are the kings that reigned in the land of Edom before any king reigned over the children of Israel;

וַיִּמְלֹ֤ךְ בֶּאֱדוֹם֙ בֶּ֣לַע בֶּן בְּע֔וֹר וְשֵׁ֥ם עִיר֖וֹ דִּנְהָֽבָה׃
KJVBela the son of Beor: and the name of his city was Dinhabah.

45
וַיָּ֖מָת בָּ֑לַע וַיִּמְלֹ֣ךְ תַּחְתָּ֔יו יוֹבָ֥ב בֶּן זֶ֖רַח מִבָּצְרָֽה׃
KJVAnd when Bela was dead, Jobab the son of Zerah of Bozrah reigned in his stead.
When Bela died, Jobab the son of Zerah of Bozrah reigned in his place.
46
וַיָּ֖מָת יוֹבָ֑ב וַיִּמְלֹ֣ךְ תַּחְתָּ֔יו חוּשָׁ֕ם מֵאֶ֖רֶץ הַתֵּימָנִֽי׃
KJVAnd when Jobab was dead, Husham of the land of the Temanites reigned in his stead.
When Jobab died, Husham of the land of the Temanites reigned in his place.
47
וַיָּ֖מָת חוּשָׁ֑ם וַיִּמְלֹ֣ךְ תַּחְתָּ֔יו הֲדַ֤ד בֶּן בְּדַד֙ הַמַּכֶּ֣ה אֶת מִדְיָ֔ן בִּשְׂדֵ֖ה מוֹאָ֑ב וְשֵׁ֥ם עִיר֖וֹ עֲוִֽית׃
KJVAnd when Husham was dead, Hadad the son of Bedad, which smote Midian in the field of Moab, reigned in his stead: and the name of his city was Avith.
When Husham died, Hadad the son of Bedad, who defeated Midian in the country of Moab, reigned in his place, the name of his city being Avith.

וַיָּ֖מָת הֲדָ֑ד וַיִּמְלֹ֣ךְ תַּחְתָּ֔יו שַׂמְלָ֖ה מִמַּשְׂרֵקָֽה׃
KJVAnd when Hadad was dead, Samlah of Masrekah reigned in his stead.
When Hadad died, Samlah of Masrekah reigned in his place.
49
וַיָּ֖מָת שַׂמְלָ֑ה וַיִּמְלֹ֣ךְ תַּחְתָּ֔יו שָׁא֖וּל מֵרְחֹב֥וֹת הַנָּהָֽר׃
KJVAnd when Samlah was dead, Shaul of Rehoboth by the river reigned in his stead.
When Samlah died, Shaul of Rehoboth on the Euphrates reigned in his place.
50
וַיָּ֖מָת שָׁא֑וּל וַיִּמְלֹ֣ךְ תַּחְתָּ֔יו בַּ֥עַל חָנָ֖ן בֶּן עַכְבּֽוֹר׃
KJVAnd when Shaul was dead, Baal-hanan the son of Achbor reigned in his stead.
When Shaul died, Baal-hanan the son of Achbor reigned in his place.
51
וַיָּ֖מָת בַּ֣עַל חָנָ֑ן וַיִּמְלֹ֣ךְ תַּחְתָּ֔יו הֲדַ֕ד וְשֵׁ֥ם עִיר֖וֹ פָּעִֽי׃
KJVAnd when Baal-hanan was dead, Hadad reigned in his stead: and the name of his city was Pai;
When Baal-hanan died, Hadad reigned in his place, and the name of his city was Pai.

וְשֵׁ֣ם אִשְׁתּ֔וֹ מְהֵיטַבְאֵ֖ל בַּת מַטְרֵ֑ד בַּ֖ת מֵ֥י זָהָֽב׃
KJVand his wife's name was Mehetabel, the daughter of Matred, the daughter of Mezahab.

אַלּ֤וּף תִּמְנָע֙ אַלּ֣וּף עַלְוָ֔ה אַלּ֖וּף יְתֵ֑ת אַלּ֤וּף אָהֳלִֽיבָמָה֙ אַלּ֣וּף אֵלָ֔ה אַלּ֖וּף פִּינֹ֑ן אַלּ֥וּף קְנַ֖ז אַלּ֥וּף תֵּימָ֖ן אַלּ֥וּף מִבְצָ֖ר אַלּ֥וּף מַגְדִּיאֵ֖ל אַלּ֥וּף עִירָ֖ם אֵ֖לֶּה אַלּוּפֵ֥י אֱדֽוֹם׃
KJVduke Timnah, duke Aliah, duke Jetheth, Duke Aholibamah, duke Elah, duke Pinon, Duke Kenaz, duke Teman, duke Mibzar, Duke Magdiel, duke Iram. These are the dukes of Edom.
