וּבִנְיָמִ֗ן הוֹלִ֤יד אֶת בֶּ֙לַע֙ בְּכֹר֔וֹ אַשְׁבֵּ֖ל הַשֵּׁנִ֑י וְאַחְרַ֖ח הַשְּׁלִישִֽׁי׃

KJVNow Benjamin begat Bela his firstborn, Ashbel the second, and Aharah the third,

Benjamin fathered Bela his firstborn, Ashbel the second, Aharah the third,

נוֹחָ֥ה הָרְבִיעִ֖י וְרָפָ֥א הַחֲמִישִֽׁי׃

KJVNohah the fourth, and Rapha the fifth.

וַיִּהְי֥וּ בְנֵי בֶ֖לַע אַדָּ֥ר וְגֵרָ֖א וַאֲבִיה֑וּד׃

KJVAnd the sons of Bela were, Addar, and Gera, and Abihud,

And Bela had sons: Addar, Gera, Abihud,

וַאֲבִישׁ֥וּעַ וְנַעֲמָ֖ן וַאֲחֽוֹחַ׃

KJVAnd Abishua, and Naaman, and Ahoah,

וְגֵרָ֥א וּשְׁפוּפָ֖ן וְחוּרָֽם׃

KJVAnd Gera, and Shephuphan, and Huram.

וְאֵ֖לֶּה בְּנֵ֣י אֵח֑וּד אֵ֖לֶּה הֵ֥ם רָאשֵׁ֖י אָב֥וֹת לְיוֹשְׁבֵ֖י גֶֽבַע וַיַּגְל֥וּם אֶל מָנֽוּחַת׃

KJVAnd these are the sons of Ehud: these are the heads of the fathers of the inhabitants of Geba, and they removed them to Manahath:

These are the sons of Ehud (these are the heads of fathers' houses of the inhabitants of Geba, who were carried into exile to Manahath):

וְנַעֲמָ֤ן וַאֲחִיָּה֙ וְגֵרָ֔א ה֖וּא הֶגְלָ֑ם וְהוֹלִ֥יד אֶת עֻזָּ֖א וְאֶת אֲחִיחֽוּד׃

KJVAnd Naaman, and Ahiah, and Gera, he removed them, and begat Uzza, and Ahihud.

Naaman, Ahijah, and Gera, that is, Heglam, who fathered Uzza and Ahihud.

וְשַׁחֲרַ֗יִם הוֹלִ֛יד בִּשְׂדֵ֥ה מוֹאָ֖ב אַחֲרֵ֣י שַׁלְּח֑וֹ אֶת חוּשִׁ֖ים וְאֶת בָּעֲרָֽא נָשָֽׁיו׃

KJVAnd Shaharaim begat children in the country of Moab, after he had sent them away; Hushim and Baara were his wives.

Shaharaim fathered sons in the country of Moab after he had sent away his wives Hushim and Baara.

וַיּ֛וֹלֶד מִן חֹ֥דֶשׁ אִשְׁתּ֖וֹ אֶת יוֹבָ֥ב וְאֶת צִבְיָ֖א וְאֶת מֵישָׁ֥א וְאֶת מַלְכָּֽם׃

KJVAnd he begat of Hodesh his wife, Jobab, and Zibia, and Mesha, and Malcham,

He fathered sons by Hodesh his wife: Jobab, Zibia, Mesha, Malcam,

10

וְאֶת יְע֖וּץ וְאֶת שָׂכְיָ֥ה וְאֶת מִרְמָ֑ה אֵ֥לֶּה בָנָ֖יו רָאשֵׁ֥י הָאָבֽוֹת׃

KJVAnd Jeuz, and Shachia, and Mirma. These were his sons, heads of the fathers.

Jeuz, Sachia, and Mirmah. These were his sons, heads of fathers' houses.

וּמֵחֻשִׁ֛ים הוֹלִ֥יד אֶת אֲבִיט֖וּב וְאֶת אֶלְפָּ֑עַל׃

KJVAnd of Hushim he begat Abitub, and Elpaal.

Hushim fathered Abitub and Elpaal.

12

וּבְנֵ֣י אֶלְפָּ֔עַל עֵ֥בֶר מִשְׁעָ֖ם וּשָׁמֶ֑ד ה֤וּא בָנָה֙ אֶת אֹ֣נוֹ וְאֶת לֹ֔ד וּבְנֹתֶֽיהָ׃

KJVThe sons of Elpaal; Eber, and Misham, and Shamed, who built Ono, and Lod, with the towns thereof:

The sons of Elpaal: Eber, Misham, and Shemed, who built Ono and Lod with its towns.

וּבְרִיעָ֥ה וָשֶׁ֖מַע הֵ֣מָּה רָאשֵׁ֣י הָאָב֑וֹת לְיֹשְׁבֵ֣י אַיָּלֽוֹן הֵ֥מָּה הִבְרִ֖יחוּ אֶת יֹשְׁבֵ֥י גַֽת׃

KJVBeriah also, and Shema, who were heads of the fathers of the inhabitants of Aijalon, who drove away the inhabitants of Gath:

And Beriah and Shema were heads of fathers' houses of the inhabitants of Aijalon, who drove away the inhabitants of Gath.

וְאַחְי֥וֹ שָׁשַׁ֖ק וְיֵרֵמ֑וֹת׃

KJVAnd Ahio, Shashak, and Jeremoth,

Ahio, Shashak, and Jeremoth;

15

וּזְבַדְיָ֥ה וַעֲרָ֖ד וָעָ֑דֶר׃

KJVAnd Zebadiah, and Arad, and Ader,

Zebadiah, Arad, Eder,

16

וּמִיכָאֵ֥ל וְיִשְׁפָּ֖ה וְיוֹחָ֑א בְּנֵ֖י בְרִיעָֽה׃

KJVAnd Michael, and Ispah, and Joha, the sons of Beriah;

Michael, Ishpah, and Joha were sons of Beriah.

17

וּזְבַדְיָ֤ה וּמְשֻׁלָּם֙ וְחִזְקִ֔י וָחֶ֖בֶר׃

KJVAnd Zebadiah, and Meshullam, and Hezeki, and Heber,

Zebadiah, Meshullam, Hizki, Heber,

18

יִשְׁמְרַ֥י וְיִזְלִיאָ֖ה וְיוֹבָ֑ב בְּנֵ֖י אֶלְפָּ֖עַל׃

KJVIshmerai also, and Jezliah, and Jobab, the sons of Elpaal;

Ishmerai, Izliah, and Jobab were sons of Elpaal.

19

וְיָקִ֤ים וְזִכְרִי֙ וְזַבְדִּ֔י׃

KJVAnd Jakim, and Zichri, and Zabdi,

Jakim, Zichri, Zabdi,

20

וֶאֱלִיעֵינַ֤י וְצִלְּתַי֙ וֶאֱלִיאֵ֔ל׃

KJVAnd Elienai, and Zilthai, and Eliel,

Elienai, Zillethai, Eliel,

21

וַעֲדָיָ֥ה וּבְרָיָ֖ה וְשִׁמְרָ֑ת בְּנֵ֖י שִׁמְעִֽי׃

KJVAnd Adaiah, and Beraiah, and Shimrath, the sons of Shimhi;

Adaiah, Beraiah, and Shimrath were sons of Shimei.

22

וְיִשְׁפָּ֤ן וָעֵ֙בֶר֙ וֶאֱלִיאֵ֔ל׃

KJVAnd Ishpan, and Heber, and Eliel,

Ishpan, Eber, Eliel,

23

וַעַבְד֥וֹן וְזִכְרִ֖י וְחָנָ֑ן׃

KJVAnd Abdon, and Zichri, and Hanan,

Abdon, Zichri, Hanan,

24

וַחֲנַנְיָ֥ה וְעֵילָ֖ם וַעַנְתֹתִיָֽה׃

KJVAnd Hananiah, and Elam, and Antothijah,

Hananiah, Elam, Anthothijah,

25

יִפְדְּיָ֥ה וּפְנוּאֵ֖ל בְּנֵ֥י שָׁשָֽׁק׃

KJVAnd Iphedeiah, and Penuel, the sons of Shashak;

Iphdeiah and Penuel were sons of Shashak.

26

וְשַׁמְשְׁרַ֤י וּשְׁחַרְיָה֙ וַעֲתַלְיָ֔ה׃

KJVAnd Shamsherai, and Shehariah, and Athaliah,

Shamsherai, Shehariah, Athaliah,

27

וְיַעֲרֶשְׁיָ֥ה וְאֵלִיָּ֖ה וְזִכְרִ֑י בְּנֵ֖י יְרוֹחָֽם׃

KJVAnd Jaareshiah, and Eliah, and Zichri, the sons of Jeroham.

Jaareshiah, Elijah, and Zichri were sons of Jeroham.

28

אֵ֤לֶּה רָאשֵׁ֣י אָ֗בוֹת לְתֹלְדוֹתָ֛ם רָאשִׁ֖ים אֵ֣לֶּה יָשְׁב֣וּ בִירוּשָׁלָֽ͏ִם׃

KJVThese were heads of the fathers, by their generations, chief men. These dwelt in Jerusalem.

These were the heads of fathers' houses, according to their generations, chief men. These lived in Jerusalem.

29

וּבְגִבְע֖וֹן יָשַׁ֣ב אֲבִ֣י גִבְע֑וֹן וְשֵׁ֥ם אִשְׁתּ֖וֹ מַעֲכָֽה׃

KJVAnd at Gibeon dwelt the father of Gibeon; whose wife's name was Maachah:

Jeiel the father of Gibeon lived in Gibeon, and his wife's name was Maacah.

30

וּבְנ֣וֹ הַבְּכ֗וֹר עַבְדּ֛וֹן וְצ֥וּר וָקִ֖ישׁ וּבַ֑עַל וּנָד֥וֹב׃

KJVAnd his firstborn son Abdon, and Zur, and Kish, and Baal, and Nadab,

His firstborn son: Abdon, then Zur, Kish, Baal, Nadab,

31

וּגְד֥וֹר וַאֲחִ֖י וָזָֽכַר׃

KJVAnd Gedor, and Ahio, and Zacher.

Gedor, Ahio, Zecher,

32

וּמִקְל֗וֹת הוֹלִ֣יד אֶת שִׁמְאָ֑ה וְאַף הֵ֙מָּה֙ נֶ֣גֶד אֲחֵיהֶ֔ם יָשְׁב֥וּ בִירוּשָׁלַ֖͏ִם עִם אֲחֵיהֶֽם׃

KJVAnd Mikloth begat Shimeah. And these also dwelt with their brethren in Jerusalem, over against them.

And Mikloth fathered Shimeah. And these also lived opposite their kinsmen in Jerusalem, with their brothers.

33

וְנֵ֗ר הוֹלִ֤יד אֶת קִישׁ֙ וְקִ֣ישׁ הוֹלִ֣יד אֶת שָׁא֔וּל וְשָׁא֞וּל הוֹלִ֤יד אֶת יְהוֹנָתָן֙ וְאֶת מַלְכִּישׁ֔וּעַ וְאֶת אֲבִינָדָ֖ב וְאֶת אֶשְׁבָּֽעַל׃

KJVAnd Ner begat Kish, and Kish begat Saul, and Saul begat Jonathan, and Malchishua, and Abinadab, and Eshbaal.

Ner fathered Kish, Kish fathered Saul, Saul fathered Jonathan, Malchishua, Abinadab, and Eshbaal.

34

וּבֶן יְהוֹנָתָ֖ן מְרִ֣יב בָּ֑עַל וּמְרִ֣יב בָּ֔עַל הוֹלִ֖יד אֶת מִיכָֽה׃

KJVAnd the son of Jonathan was Meribbaal; and Meribbaal begat Micah.

The son of Jonathan was Merib-baal, and Merib-baal fathered Micah.

35

וּבְנֵ֣י מִיכָ֗ה פִּיתֹ֤ן וּמֶ֙לֶךְ֙ וְתַארֵ֔עַ וָאָֽחַז׃

KJVAnd the sons of Micah were, Pithon, and Melech, and Tarea, and Ahaz.

The sons of Micah: Pithon, Melech, Tarea, and Ahaz.

36

וְאָחָ֗ז הוֹלִ֤יד אֶת יְהוֹעַדָּה֙ וִיהוֹעַדָּ֔ה הוֹלִ֥יד אֶת עָלֶ֖מֶת וְאֶת עַזְמָ֥וֶת וְאֶת זִמְרִ֑י וְזִמְרִ֖י הוֹלִ֥יד אֶת מוֹצָֽא׃

KJVAnd Ahaz begat Jehoadah; and Jehoadah begat Alemeth, and Azmaveth, and Zimri; and Zimri begat Moza,

Ahaz fathered Jehoaddah, and Jehoaddah fathered Alemeth, Azmaveth, and Zimri. Zimri fathered Moza.

37

וּמוֹצָ֖א הוֹלִ֣יד אֶת בִּנְעָ֑א רָפָ֤א בְנ֙וֹ֙ אֶלְאָסָ֣ה בְנ֔וֹ עָצֵ֖ל בְּנֽוֹ׃

KJVAnd Moza begat Binea: Rapha was his son, Eleasah his son, Azel his son:

Moza fathered Binea; and Raphah was his son, Eleasah his son, Azel his son.

38

וּלְאָצֵ֣ל שִׁשָּׁ֣ה בָנִ֗ים וְאֵ֣לֶּה שְׁמוֹתָ֡ם עַזְרִיקָ֞ם בֹּ֤כְרוּ וְיִשְׁמָעֵאל֙ וּשְׁעַרְיָ֣ה וְעֹבַדְיָ֔ה וְחָנָ֖ן כָּל אֵ֖לֶּה בְּנֵ֥י אָצֵֽל׃

KJVAnd Azel had six sons, whose names are these, Azrikam, Bocheru, and Ishmael, and Sheariah, and Obadiah, and Hanan. All these were the sons of Azel.

וּבְנֵ֣י עֵ֔שֶׁק אָחִ֕יו אוּלָ֖ם בְּכֹר֑וֹ יְעוּשׁ֙ הַשֵּׁנִ֔י וֶאֱלִיפֶ֖לֶט הַשְּׁלִישִֽׁי׃

KJVAnd the sons of Eshek his brother were, Ulam his firstborn, Jehush the second, and Eliphelet the third.

The sons of Eshek his brother: Ulam his firstborn, Jeush the second, and Eliphelet the third.

40

וַיִּהְי֣וּ בְנֵ֣י אוּלָ֗ם אַנְשֵׁי גִּבּ֣וֹרֵי חַ֗יִל דֹּ֣רְכֵי קֶ֣שֶׁת וּמַרְבִּ֣ים בָּנִ֗ים וּבְנֵ֣י בָנִ֡ים מֵאָ֣ה וַחֲמִשִּׁ֣ים כָּ֣ל אֵ֣לֶּה מִבְּנֵ֥י בִנְיָמִֽן׃

KJVAnd the sons of Ulam were mighty men of valour, archers, and had many sons, and sons' sons, an hundred and fifty. All these are of the sons of Benjamin.

The sons of Ulam were men who were mighty warriors, bowmen, having many sons and grandsons, 150. All these were men of Benjamin.
