מִזְמ֥וֹר לְדָוִ֑ד בְּבָרְח֥וֹ מִפְּנֵ֗י אַבְשָׁל֥וֹם בְּנֽוֹ׃

KJVA Psalm of David, when he fled from Absalom his son.

יְהוָ֗ה מָֽה רַבּ֥וּ צָרָ֑י רַ֝בִּ֗ים קָמִ֥ים עָלָֽי׃

KJVLORD, how are they increased that trouble me! many are they that rise up against me.

O LORD, how many are my foes! Many are rising against me;

רַבִּ֗ים אֹמְרִ֥ים לְנַפְשִׁ֗י אֵ֣ין יְשׁוּעָ֣תָה לּ֑וֹ בֵּ֝אלֹהִ֗ים סֶֽלָה׃

KJVMany there be which say of my soul, There is no help for him in God. Selah.

many are saying of my soul: There is no salvation for him in God. Selah

וְאַתָּ֣ה יְ֭הוָה מָגֵ֣ן בַּעֲדִ֑י כְּ֝בוֹדִ֗י וּמֵרִ֥ים רֹאשִֽׁי׃

KJVBut thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.

But you, O LORD, are a shield about me, my glory, and the lifter of my head.

קוֹלִ֗י אֶל יְהוָ֣ה אֶקְרָ֑א וַיַּעֲנֵ֥נִי מֵ֝הַר קָדְשׁ֗וֹ סֶֽלָה׃

KJVI cried unto the LORD with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah.

I cried aloud to the LORD, and he answered me from his holy hill. Selah

אֲנִ֥י שָׁכַ֗בְתִּי וָֽאִ֫ישָׁ֥נָה הֱקִיצ֑וֹתִי כִּ֥י יְ֝הוָ֗ה יִסְמְכֵֽנִי׃

KJVI laid me down and slept; I awaked; for the LORD sustained me.

I lay down and slept; I woke again, for the LORD sustained me.

לֹֽא אִ֭ירָא מֵרִבְב֣וֹת עָ֑ם אֲשֶׁ֥ר סָ֝בִ֗יב שָׁ֣תוּ עָלָֽי׃

KJVI will not be afraid of ten thousands of people, that have set themselves against me round about.

I will not be afraid of many thousands of people who have set themselves against me all around.

קוּמָ֣ה יְ֭הוָה הוֹשִׁיעֵ֣נִי אֱלֹהַ֑י כִּֽי הִכִּ֥יתָ אֶת כָּל אֹיְבַ֗י לֶ֤חִי שִׁנֵּ֥י רְשָׁעִ֗ים שִׁבַּֽרְתָּ׃

KJVArise, O LORD; save me, O my God: for thou hast smitten all mine enemies upon the cheek bone; thou hast broken the teeth of the ungodly.

Arise, O LORD! Save me, O my God! For you strike all my enemies on the cheek; you break the teeth of the wicked.

לַיהוָ֥ה הַיְשׁוּעָ֑ה עַֽל עַמְּךָ֖ בִרְכָתֶ֣ךָ סֶּֽלָה׃

KJVSalvation belongeth unto the LORD: thy blessing is upon thy people. Selah.

Salvation belongs to the LORD; your blessing be on your people! Selah
