Acts 10:29

διὸ καὶ ἀναντιρρήτως ἦλθον μεταπεμφθείς. Πυνθάνομαι οὖν, τίνι λόγῳ μετεπέμψασθέ με.

Therefore came I unto you without gainsaying, as soon as I was sent for: I ask therefore for what intent ye have sent for me?

Modern English

So when I was sent for, I came without raising any objection. May I ask why you sent for me?
