Acts 10:4

Ὁ δὲ ἀτενίσας αὐτῷ καὶ ἔμφοβος γενόμενος εἶπεν, Τί ἐστιν, Κύριε; Εἶπεν δὲ αὐτῷ, Αἱ προσευχαί σου καὶ αἱ ἐλεημοσύναι σου ἀνέβησαν εἰς μνημόσυνον ἐνώπιον τοῦ Θεοῦ.
O de atenisas aytō kai emphobos genomenos eipen, Ti estin, Kyrie; Eipen de aytō, Ai proseychai soy kai ai eleēmosynai soy anebēsan eis mnēmosynon enōpion toy Theoy.
King James Version (KJV)

And when he looked on him, he was afraid, and said, What is it, Lord? And he said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial before God.

Modern English

Cornelius stared at him in fear. What is it, Lord? he asked. The angel answered, Your prayers and gifts to the poor have come up as a memorial offering before God.
