Acts 13:22

Καὶ μεταστήσας αὐτόν, ἤγειρεν αὐτοῖς τὸν Δαυὶδ εἰς βασιλέα, ᾧ καὶ εἶπεν μαρτυρήσας, Εὗρον Δαυὶδ τὸν τοῦ Ἰεσσαί, ἄνδρα κατὰ τὴν καρδίαν μου, ὃς ποιήσει πάντα τὰ θελήματά μου.
Kai metastēsas ayton, ēgeiren aytois ton Dayid eis basilea, ō kai eipen martyrēsas, Eyron Dayid ton toy Iessai, andra kata tēn kardian moy, os poiēsei panta ta thelēmata moy.
King James Version (KJV)

And when he had removed him, he raised up unto them David to be their king; to whom also he gave their testimony, and said, I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after mine own heart, which shall fulfil all my will.

Modern English

After removing Saul, he made David their king. God testified concerning him: I have found David son of Jesse, a man after my own heart; he will do everything I want him to do.
