Acts 17:15

Οἱ δὲ καθιστῶντες τὸν Παῦλον, ἤγαγον αὐτὸν ἕως Ἀθηνῶν· καὶ λαβόντες ἐντολὴν πρὸς τὸν Σίλαν καὶ Τιμόθεον, ἵνα ὡς τάχιστα ἔλθωσιν πρὸς αὐτόν, ἐξῄεσαν.
Oi de kathistōntes ton Paylon, ēgagon ayton eōs Athēnōn· kai labontes entolēn pros ton Silan kai Timotheon, ina ōs tachista elthōsin pros ayton, exēesan.
King James Version (KJV)

And they that conducted Paul brought him unto Athens: and receiving a commandment unto Silas and Timotheus for to come to him with all speed, they departed.

Modern English

Those who escorted Paul brought him to Athens and then left with instructions for Silas and Timothy to join him as soon as possible.
