Acts 26:9

Ἐγὼ μὲν οὖν ἔδοξα ἐμαυτῷ πρὸς τὸ ὄνομα Ἰησοῦ τοῦ Ναζωραίου δεῖν πολλὰ ἐναντία πρᾶξαι·

I verily thought with myself, that I ought to do many things contrary to the name of Jesus of Nazareth.

Modern English

I too was convinced that I ought to do all that was possible to oppose the name of Jesus of Nazareth.
