וַיָּקֽוּמוּ כָּל אִ֣ישׁ חַ֔יִל וַיִּשְׂא֗וּ אֶת גּוּפַ֤ת שָׁאוּל֙ וְאֵ֣ת גּוּפֹ֣ת בָּנָ֔יו וַיְבִיא֤וּם יָבֵשָׁה֙ וַיִּקְבְּר֣וּ אֶת עַצְמוֹתֵיהֶ֔ם תַּ֖חַת הָאֵלָ֑ה בְּיָבֵ֖שׁ וַיָּצ֥וּמוּ שִׁבְעַ֥ת יָמִֽים׃
They arose, all the valiant men, and took away the body of Saul, and the bodies of his sons, and brought them to Jabesh, and buried their bones under the oak in Jabesh, and fasted seven days.
todos los hombres valientes se levantaron y se llevaron el cuerpo de Saúl y los cuerpos de sus hijos, y los trajeron a Jabes. Y sepultaron sus huesos debajo de la encina en Jabes y ayunaron siete días.
