וַיַּ֤רְא יוֹאָב֙ כִּ֣י הָיְתָ֣ה פְּנֵ֣י הַמִּלְחָמָ֗ה אֵלָ֤יו מִפָּנִים֙ וּמֵאָח֔וֹר וַיִּבְחַ֕ר מִכֹּ֖ל בָּח֣וּר בְּיִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל וַיַּעֲרֹ֖ךְ לִקְרַ֥את אֲרָֽם׃
Now when Joab saw that the battle was set against him before and behind, he chose out of all the choice of Israel, and put them in array against the Syrians.
Al ver Joab que la batalla se presentaba contra él tanto por el frente como por la retaguardia, escogió a los mejores soldados de Israel y los dispuso contra los sirios.
