וַיֶּחֱלֵ֣א אָסָ֡א בִּ֠שְׁנַת שְׁלוֹשִׁ֣ים וְ֠תֵ֡שַׁע לְמַלְכוּת֡וֹ בְּרַגְלָ֣יו עַ֠ד לְ֠מַ֠עְלָ֡ה חָלְיֵ֣הוּ וְ֠גַ֠ם בְּ֠חָלְי֡וֹ לֹ֠א דָ֠רַשׁ֩ אֶת יְהוָ֨ה כִּ֖י בָּרֹפְאִֽים׃
And Asa in the thirty and ninth year of his reign was diseased in his feet, until his disease was exceeding great: yet in his disease he sought not to the LORD, but to the physicians.
En el año treinta y nueve de su reinado, Asa enfermó de los pies, y su enfermedad se fue agravando. Sin embargo, ni aun en su enfermedad buscó al SEÑOR, sino que buscó ayuda en los médicos.
