וַ֠יַּעֲמֵד שֹׁפְטִ֡ים בָּ֠אָרֶץ בְּ֠כָ֠ל עָרֵ֡י יְהוּדָ֡ה הַ֠בְּצֻר֡וֹת לְ֠עִ֡יר וָ֠עִֽיר׃
And he set judges in the land throughout all the fenced cities of Judah, city by city,
