וְאַחֲרֵ֣י כָ֣ל זֶ֗ה נְגָפ֤וֹ יְהוָה֙ בְּ֠מֵ֠עָ֠יו לְ֠מַ֠חֲלָ֠ה לְ֠אֵ֡ין מַ֠רְפֵּֽא׃
And after all this the LORD smote him in his bowels with an incurable disease.
