וַ֠יָּב֡וֹאוּ כָ֠ל הָ֠עָ֡ם בֵּ֠ית הַ֠בַּ֡עַל וַ֠יִּ֠תְּצ֡וּהוּ וְ֠אֶ֠ת מִזְבְּח֡וֹתָיו וְ֠אֶ֠ת צְלָמָ֡יו שִׁ֠בֵּ֡רוּ וְ֠אֵ֠ת מַתָּ֠ן כֹּ֠הֵ֠ן הַ֠בַּ֡עַל הָ֠רְג֡וּ לִ֠פְנֵ֡י הַ֠מִּזְבְּחֽוֹת׃
Then all the people went to the house of Baal, and brake it down, and brake his altars and his images in pieces, and slew Mattan the priest of Baal before the altars.
Entonces todo el pueblo fue a la casa de Baal y la derribó; sus altares y sus imágenes los hicieron pedazos, y mataron a Matán, el sacerdote de Baal, ante los altares.
