וְר֤וּחַ אֱלֹהִים֙ לָבְשָׁ֔ה אֶת זְכַרְיָ֣ה בֶן יְהוֹיָדָ֣ע הַ֠כֹּ֠הֵ֡ן וַ֠יַּ֠עֲמֹ֡ד מֵ֠עַ֠ל לָ֠עָ֡ם וַ֠יֹּ֡אמֶר לָ֠הֶ֡ם כֹּ֠ה אָמַ֡ר הָ֠אֱלֹ֠הִ֡ים לָ֠מָ֡ה אַ֠תֶּ֡ם עֹבְרִ֡ים אֶ֠ת מִ֠צְו֡וֹת יְ֠הוָ֡ה וְ֠לֹ֡א תַ֠צְלִ֡יחוּ כִּ֠י עֲזַבְתֶּ֡ם אֶ֠ת יְהוָ֡ה וַ֠יַּ֠עֲזֹ֡ב אֶ֠תְכֶֽם׃
And the Spirit of God came upon Zechariah the son of Jehoiada the priest, which stood above the people, and said unto them, Thus saith God, Why transgress ye the commandments of the LORD, that ye cannot prosper? because ye have forsaken the LORD, he hath also forsaken you.
Entonces el Espíritu de Dios se apoderó de Zacarías hijo del sacerdote Joiada, y se puso de pie ante el pueblo y les dijo: Así dice Dios: ¿Por qué transgredís los mandamientos del SEÑOR, de modo que no podéis prosperar? Por cuanto habéis abandonado al SEÑOR, él os ha abandonado.
