וּבְנֵ֥י הַגְּד֛וּד אֲשֶׁ֥ר הֵשִׁ֖יב אֲמַצְיָ֑הוּ מִ֠לֶּ֠כֶת עִמּ֡וֹ לַ֠מִּלְחָ֡מָה וַ֠יִּ֠פְשְׁטוּ֩ בְּ֨עָרֵ֧י יְהוּדָ֛ה מִ֠שֹּׁ֠מְר֡וֹן וְ֠עַ֠ד בֵּ֠ית חוֹר֡וֹן וַ֠יַּ֠כּ֡וּ מֵהֶ֡ם שְׁ֠לֹ֠שֶׁ֡ת אֲלָפִ֡ים וַ֠יָּ֠בֹ֡זּוּ בִּ֠זָּ֡ה רַ֠בָּֽה׃
But the soldiers of the army which Amaziah sent back, that they should not go with him to battle, fell upon the cities of Judah, from Samaria even unto Bethhoron, and smote three thousand of them, and took much spoil.
Pero los hombres del ejército que Amasías había devuelto, no dejándolos ir con él a la batalla, atacaron las ciudades de Judá desde Samaria hasta Bet-horón, mataron a 3.000 personas en ellas y tomaron mucho botín.
