לִהְי֥וֹת עֵינֶ֛יךָ פְּתֻח֥וֹת עַל הַבַּ֖יִת הַזֶּ֑ה יוֹמָ֣ם וָלַ֗יְלָה עַל הַמָּקוֹם֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר אָמַ֣רְתָּ לָשׂ֣וּם שִׁמְךָ֣ שָׁ֔ם לִשְׁמוֹ֙עַ֙ אֶ֣ל הַתְּפִלָּ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֥ר יִתְפַּלֵּ֖ל עַבְדְּךָ֥ אֶ֖ל הַמָּקוֹ֥ם הַזֶּֽה׃
That thine eyes may be open upon this house day and night, upon the place whereof thou hast said that thou wouldest put thy name there; to hearken unto the prayer which thy servant prayeth toward this place.
para que tus ojos estén abiertos de día y de noche hacia esta casa, hacia el lugar donde prometiste poner tu nombre, para escuchar la oración que tu siervo haga hacia este lugar.
