וְרַחֲמִ֗ין לְמִבְעֵ֛א מִן קֳדָ֥ם אֱלָ֖הּ שְׁמַיָּ֑א עַ֚ל רָ֣זָה דְּנָ֔ה דִּ֧י לָ֣א יְהֹבְד֛וּן דָּנִיֵּ֥אל וְחַבְרוֹהִ֖י עִם שְׁאָ֥ר חַכִּימֵ֖י בָבֶֽל׃
That they would desire mercies of the God of heaven concerning this secret; that Daniel and his fellows should not perish with the rest of the wise men of Babylon.
pidiéndoles que oraran al Dios del cielo por este misterio, para que Daniel y sus compañeros no fueran ejecutados junto con el resto de los sabios de Babilonia.
