וְהוּא֙ מְהַשְׁנֵ֣א עִדָּנַיָּ֔א וְזִמְנַיָּ֑א מְהַעְדֵּ֤ה מַלְכִין֙ וּמְהָקֵ֣ים מַלְכִ֔ין יָהֵ֤ב חָכְמְתָא֙ לְחַכִּימִ֔ין וּמַנְדְּעָ֖א לְיָדְעֵ֥י בִינָֽה׃
And he changeth the times and the seasons: he removeth kings, and setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding:
