אִיתַ֣י גֻּבְרִ֣ין יְהוּדָאִ֡ין דִּ֣י מַנִּ֣יתָ יָֽתְהֹ֡ון עַ֣ל עֲבִידַ֣ת מְדִינַ֣ת בָּבֶ֑ל שַׁדְרַ֤ךְ מֵישַׁךְ֙ וַעֲבֵ֣ד נְג֔וֹ גֻּבְרַיָּ֣א אִלֵּ֣ך לָ֣א שָׂ֣מוּ עֲלָ֣יִּך מַלְכָּ֑א טְּעֵם֙ לֵאלָ֣הָ֔יִּך לָ֣א פָ֔לְחִין וּלְצֶ֥לֶם דַּהֲבָ֖א דִּ֥י הֲקֵ֖ימְתָּ לָ֥א סָגְדִֽין׃
There are certain Jews whom thou hast set over the affairs of the province of Babylon, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego; these men, O king, have not regarded thee: they serve not thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.
Hay ciertos judíos a quienes has puesto al frente de los asuntos de la provincia de Babilonia: Sadrac, Mesac y Abed-nego. Estos hombres, oh rey, no te hacen caso; no sirven a tus dioses ni adoran la estatua de oro que has erigido.
