וַאֲמַ֤ר מַלְכָּא֙ וְהַיְתִ֣יו גֻּבְרַיָּ֣א אִלֵּ֡ךְ דִּ֣י אֲכַ֣לוּ קַרְצֹ֡והִי דִּ֣י דָנִיֵּ֡אל וּֽלְגֹ֣וב אַרְיָוָתָ֡א רְמ֡וֹ הִמּ֡וֹן הִמּ֡וֹן וּבְנֵיה֡וֹן וּנְשֵׁיהֹ֡ון וְלָ֣א מְטוּ֡ לְאַרְעִ֡ית גֻּבָּ֡א עַ֣ד דִּֽי שְׁלִ֡טוּ בְה֡וֹן אַרְיָוָתָ֡א וְכָל גַּרְמֵיה֡וֹן הַדִּ֡קוּ׃
And the king commanded, and they brought those men which had accused Daniel, and they cast them into the den of lions, them, their children, and their wives; and the lions had the mastery of them, and brake all their bones in pieces or ever they came at the bottom of the den.
Y el rey ordenó que trajeran a los hombres que habían acusado maliciosamente a Daniel y los arrojaran al foso de los leones, junto con sus hijos y sus esposas. Antes de llegar al fondo del foso, los leones los atraparon y les quebraron todos los huesos.
