אֱדַ֙יִן֙ דָּנִיֵּ֣אל דְּנָ֔ה הֲוָ֣א מִתְנַצַּ֔ח עַ֚ל סָרְכַיָּ֣א וַאֲחַשְׁדַּרְפְּנַיָּ֔א כָּל קֳבֵ֕ל דִּ֥י רוּחַ יַתִּ֖ירָה בֵּ֑הּ וּמַלְכָּ֗א עֲשִׁ֛ית לַהֲקָמוּתֵ֖הּ עַל כָּל מַלְכוּתָֽא׃
Then this Daniel was preferred above the presidents and princes, because an excellent spirit was in him; and the king thought to set him over the whole realm.
Pero Daniel sobresalía entre los funcionarios y los sátrapas, porque había en él un espíritu extraordinario; y el rey pensó ponerlo al frente de todo el reino.
