וְהָסֵ֤ר כַּעַס֙ מִלִּבֶּ֔ךָ וְהַעֲבֵ֥ר רָעָ֖ה מִבְּשָׂרֶ֑ךָ כִּ֤י הַיַּלְד֙וּת֙ וְהַשַּׁחֲר֔וּת הָֽבֶל׃
Therefore remove sorrow from thy heart, and put away evil from thy flesh: for childhood and youth are vanity.
