כִּ֤י לְאָדָם֙ שֶׁטּ֣וֹב לְפָנָ֔יו נָתַ֛ן חָכְמָ֥ה וְדַ֖עַת וְשִׂמְחָ֑ה וְלַחוֹטֶ֗א נָתַ֞ן עִנְיָ֤ן לֶאֱסֹף֙ וְלִכְנ֔וֹס לָתֵ֕ת לְטוֹב֖ לִפְנֵ֣י הָאֱלֹהִ֑ים גַּם זֶ֥ה הֶ֖בֶל וּרְע֥וּת רֽוּחַ׃
For God giveth to a man that is good in his sight wisdom, and knowledge, and joy: but to the sinner he giveth travail, to gather and to heap up, that he may give to him that is good before God. This also is vanity and vexation of spirit.
Porque al que le agrada, Dios le da sabiduría, conocimiento y alegría; pero al pecador le da la tarea de recoger y acumular, solo para dárselo a quien le agrada a Dios. También esto es vanidad y correr tras el viento.
