כִּי֩ מִקְרֶ֨ה בְנֵי הָאָדָ֜ם וּמִקְרֶ֣ה הַבְּהֵמָה֮ וּמִקְרֶ֣ה אֶחָ֣ד לָהֶם֒ כְּמ֨וֹת זֶ֤ה כֵּן מוֹת֙ זֶ֔ה וְר֣וּחַ אֶחָ֔ד לַכֹּ֖ל וּמוֹתַ֣ר הָאָדָ֔ם מִן הַבְּהֵמָ֖ה אָ֑יִן כִּ֥י הַכֹּ֖ל הָֽבֶל׃
For that which befalleth the sons of men befalleth beasts; even one thing befalleth them: as the one dieth, so dieth the other; yea, they have all one breath; so that a man hath no preeminence above a beast: for all is vanity.
Porque lo que les sucede a los hijos de los hombres y lo que les sucede a los animales es lo mismo: como muere el uno, así muere el otro; todos tienen el mismo aliento de vida, y el hombre no tiene ventaja sobre el animal, porque todo es vanidad.
