כָּל עֲמַ֥ל הָאָדָ֖ם לְפִ֑יהוּ וְגַ֥ם הַנֶּ֖פֶשׁ לֹ֥א תִמָּלֵֽא׃
All the labour of man is for his mouth, and yet the appetite is not filled.
