כִּ֣י לְכָל חֵ֥פֶץ יֵשׁ עֵ֛ת וּמִשְׁפָּ֖ט כִּ֥י רָעַ֖ת הָאָדָ֥ם רַבָּ֖ה עָלָֽיו׃
Because to every purpose there is time and judgment, therefore the misery of man is great upon him.
