וּמִנִּ֣י שִׂ֣ים טְעֵ֡ם לְמָ֣א דִ֡י תַּעְבְּד֣וּן עִם שָׂבֵ֣י יְהוּדָ֡יֵא אִלֵּ֡ךְ לְמִבְנֵ֡א בֵּ֣ית אֱלָהָ֡א דֵּ֡ךְ וּמִנִּכְסֵ֣י מַלְכָּ֡א דִּ֣י מִדַּ֡ת עֲבַ֣ר נַהֲרָ֡א אָסְפַּרְנָ֡א נִפְקְתָ֡א תֶּהֱוֵ֡א מִתְיַהֲבָ֡א לְגֻבְרַיָּ֡א אִלֵּ֡ךְ דִּ֣י לָ֡א תִבְטֵֽל׃
Moreover I make a decree what ye shall do to the elders of these Jews for the building of this house of God: that of the king's goods, even of the tribute beyond the river, forthwith expenses be given unto these men, that they be not hindered.
Además, emito un decreto sobre lo que debéis hacer por estos ancianos de los judíos para la reconstrucción de esta casa de Dios. El costo debe ser pagado íntegramente y sin demora a estos hombres del ingreso real, el tributo de la provincia al Otro Lado del Río.
