מִנִּ֣י שִׂ֣ים טְעֵ֡ם דִּ֣י כָל מִתְנַדַּ֡ב בְּמַלְכוּתִ֡י מִן עַ֣ם יִשְׂרָאֵ֡ל וְכָהֲנֹ֡והִי וְלֵוָאֵ֡י לְמֵהָ֣ךְ לִירוּשְׁלֶ֡ם עִמָּ֡ךְ יְהָֽךְ׃
I make a decree, that all they of the people of Israel, and of his priests and Levites, in my realm, which are minded of their own freewill to go up to Jerusalem, go with thee.
emito un decreto de que cualquiera del pueblo de Israel, sus sacerdotes o levitas en mi reino, que voluntariamente desee ir a Jerusalén, puede ir contigo.
