וּבְמִנְחַ֣ת הָעֶ֡רֶב קַ֡מְתִּי מִתַּ֡עֲנִיתִי וּבְקָרְעִ֡י בִגְדִּ֡י וּמְעִילִ֡י וָאֶכְרְעָ֡ה עַל בִּרְכַּ֡י וָאֶפְרְשָׂ֡ה כַּפַּ֡י אֶל יְהוָ֡ה אֱלֹהָֽי׃
And at the evening sacrifice I arose up from my heaviness; and having rent my garment and my mantle, I fell upon my knees, and spread out my hands unto the LORD my God,
Y a la hora de la ofrenda de la tarde me levanté de mi ayuno, con mi manto y mi capa rasgados, y caí de rodillas y extendí mis manos al SEÑOR mi Dios,
