הֵ֣ן יַ֭עְצֹר בַּמַּ֣יִם וְיִיבָ֑שׁוּ וִֽ֝ישַׁלְּחֵ֗ם וְיַהַפְכ֥וּ אָֽרֶץ׃
Behold, he withholdeth the waters, and they dry up: also he sendeth them out, and they overturn the earth.
