מַשְׂגִּ֣יא לַגּוֹיִ֣ם וַֽיְאַבְּדֵ֑ם שֹׁטֵ֥חַ לַ֝גּוֹיִ֗ם וַיַּנְחֵֽם׃
He increaseth the nations, and destroyeth them: he enlargeth the nations, and straiteneth them again.
