כִּֽי לִבָּ֥ם צָפַ֣נְתָּ מִשֶּׂ֑כֶל עַ֝ל כֵּ֗ן לֹ֣א תְרֹמֵֽם׃
For thou hast hid their heart from understanding: therefore shalt thou not exalt them.
