וְתִגְזַ֣ר אֹ֭מֶר וְיָ֣קָם לָ֑ךְ וְעַל דְּרָכֶ֥יךָ נָ֝גַהּ אֽוֹר׃
Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.
