לֹא מַ֭יִם עָיֵ֣ף תַּשְׁקֶ֑ה וּמֵרָעֵ֥ב תִּ֝מְנַ֗ע לָֽחֶם׃
Thou hast not given water to the weary to drink, and thou hast withholden bread from the hungry.
