צֹרֵ֣ר מַ֭יִם בְּעָבָ֑יו וְלֹא נִ֝בְקַ֗ע עָנָ֥ן תַּחְתָּֽם׃
He bindeth up the waters in his thick clouds; and the cloud is not rent under them.
