בַּעֲשׂת֣וֹ לַמָּטָ֣ר חֹ֑ק וְ֝דֶ֗רֶךְ לַחֲזִ֥יז קֹלֽוֹת׃
When he made a decree for the rain, and a way for the lightning of the thunder:
