יִשְׂחַ֥ק לַהֲמ֥וֹן קִ֑רְיָה תְּשֻׁאֹ֥ות נֹ֝גֵ֗שׂ לֹ֣א יִשְׁמָֽע׃
He scorneth the multitude of the city, neither regardeth he the crying of the driver.
