לָשׂ֣וּם שְׁ֭פָלִים לְמָר֑וֹם וְקֹדְרִ֥ים שָׂ֝גְב֗וּ יֶֽשַׁע׃
To set up on high those that be low; that those which mourn may be exalted to safety.
