הָאֹמֵ֣ר לַ֭חֶרֶס וְלֹ֣א יִזְרָ֑ח וּבְעַ֥ד כּ֝וֹכָבִ֗ים יַחְתֹּֽם׃
Which commandeth the sun, and it riseth not; and sealeth up the stars.
