תְּהִי נָ֤א אָזְנְךָ֙ קַשֶּׁ֔בֶת וְעֵינֶ֖יךָ פְּתוּח֑וֹת לִשְׁמֹ֤עַ אֶל תְּפִלַּ֙ת עַבְדְּךָ֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר אָנֹכִ֣י מִתְפַּלֵּ֣ל לְפָנֶ֡יךָ הַיּ֣וֹם יוֹמָ֡ם וָלַ֡יְלָה עַל בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵ֡ל עֲבָדֶ֡יךָ וּמִתְוַדֶּה֩ עַל חַטֹּ֨אות בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵ֜ל אֲשֶׁ֣ר חָטָ֣אנוּ לָ֑ךְ וַאֲנִ֥י וּבֵ֣ית אָבִ֡י חָטָֽאנוּ׃
Let thine ear now be attentive, and thine eyes open, that thou mayest hear the prayer of thy servant, which I pray before thee now, day and night, for the children of Israel thy servants, and confess the sins of the children of Israel, which we have sinned against thee: both I and my father's house have sinned.
¡Que tu oído esté atento y tus ojos abiertos para escuchar la oración de tu siervo que ahora elevo ante ti de día y de noche por los hijos de Israel tus siervos, confesando los pecados de los hijos de Israel que hemos cometido contra ti! Yo y la casa de mi padre también hemos pecado.
